Pre Race day..My smoothie and water

Pre-race day....
For me.. I do my carb loading 2 days leading up to Pre-race day. I up my carbohydrate intake  approximately 65% of total calories with healthy carbs.  Pre-race day I hydrate and drink smoothies. With carb-loading a few days leading up to the pre-race day I will have enough storage in my muscles for the long run.
