LUNCH?? Please!! My rockin salad!

This is no ordinary salad!!! This salad ROCKS!! It has a few of my favorite fruits..Blackberries and strawberries, 2 types of beans.. kidney and garbanzo. My organic girl spring mix 50% spring mix and 50% spinach, carrots, peas, cucumber and some slivered almonds for a little crunch!! But WHAT MAKES THIS SALAD REALLY ROCK is the BLUEBERRY BALSAMIC!!! See pics below.. YUMMMY!! and I had a side of lentil soup! 1/2 cup... You see I dont have a side salad i have a side soup!! My SALADS are HUGE!! Cheers!

Mondays 18 mile trail run....

Monday morning I woke up to the sound of pouring rain, wind and thoughts of a muddy trail run ahead... We had scheduled our long trail run that day and nothing was going to stop us..not even a storm! Why because we are BAT girls! Turned out to be the MOST beautiful trail run. Remember, as I always try to do, its so easy to talk yourself out what you know you should do.. and thats get your BUTT out there and move!! We LIVE IN CALIFORNIA!!!! The weather is never really bad enough to NOT get your booty outside.. Its good for the soul and the body! Cheers to pushing through obstacles!
