Todays work out!

Changing up my workout today! Shoulders tri's and Back! with 40 mins of cardio

  1. Mix up your cardio... You know how much I love to run but today I mixed it up with a hill climb with a consistent speed of 3.8 on a 11 incline with 5pm ankle weights for 40 mins. Changing up is important!! Start at a grade and speed on the treadmill that works for you! Have fun!
