Mix up your cardio!!

Mix up your cardio... You know how much I love to run!! But today I mixed it up with a hill climb on the treadmill with a consistent speed of 3.8 on a 11 incline with 5lb ankle weights for 40 mins. Changing up is important!! Start at a grade and speed on the treadmill that works for you!  and get those arms moving!
