Vegan lunch in 5 mins!

Snow peas, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Kale, Celery, Cabbage, Carrots, onion, Tomatoes, and pre-marinated tofu. I threw all the contents in the pan tossed in olive oil and  some of my favorite Isalnd Soyaki sauce, pepper and BAM!! a delicious filling LUNCH!! Cheers to you!
