A beautiful view from the trails..A little sad because we NEED rain! But still very beautiful and good for the soul.

Guess who i ran into ??!!!

 All-American collegiate athlete and a member of the 1972 US Olympic Team in the 10,000 meters. He is a competitive athlete, continuing through a successful masters running career. He has written several books on training and writes a monthly column for Runner's World magazine he also owns two running specialty stores. Does anyone know this man??

Just for Fun...Tinker Bell run!!

What a fun run!!! I registered myself for this Tinkerbell run at Disneyland and turned it into a family vacation. Family fun while mama gets her sweat on!! doesn't get better than that! we dressed up as Tinkerbells and loved every moment. Ran through Disneyland and California adventure..This wasnt a race for time..just a run for fun. Which is very important to include in your fitness. If you're struggling with getting yourself moving, I suggest registering yourself for a 5k, 10k etc.. something that supports a cause, or something fun to get you out and with others that share the same love.

Hello! hope your week is going fantastico!! I am just now posting pics of our beautiful trail run last week.. I have been gone on vacation. Full of fun and running! I will be posting pics of our FUN RUN at Disneyland!!

When your having a tough week and you are able to escape for a moment??.. I suggest hitting a trail! Bring a friend! Its a great mental escape and you get that body movin!! I love running trails. But you don't have to run if running isnt your thing..just hike and walk! Try it!!
