Getting to the "Root of Fitness" getting the shape you want starts in the kitchen and finding the exercise plan you love..
Can you give me any advice regarding the protein intakes for women? There are a lot of info about different types of proteins on the web and I wonder if proteins are really so important for women in order to get good results.
