Healthy Snack ideas


This is one of my favorite snacks! Roasted red pepper Hummus Veggie-Dip
Veggie's of choice- carrots, cherubs, cucumber, and celery.
Hummus- 2TBSP = 70 calories, 4g carbs, 2g protein..what a deal! Enjoy!
