Do you brush your teeth everyday?? (I hope so)..then why don't you exercise?? Isn't brushing your teeth preventative maintenance so your teeth don't fall out? Well I see exercise the same way..Its preventative so my body doesn't fall apart and I prevent disease..It doesn't have to be extreme..just walk and move your body! Cheers! Happy Friday!
